By accessing or using GlyphChat ("the Service"), provided by Adaptensor, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GlyphChat is an AI-powered chat application that provides real-time verification of AI responses using our proprietary GlyphNet semantic verification technology. The Service is available through web browsers and, in the future, desktop and mobile applications.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Not transfer your account to any third party without our prior written consent

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

GlyphChat offers various subscription plans with different features and message limits. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Generate or distribute harmful, abusive, or illegal content
  • Attempt to circumvent any rate limits or security measures
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without our permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

6. AI Verification Disclaimer

While GlyphChat employs advanced verification technology to assess the accuracy of AI responses, no verification system is perfect. The verification results are provided as guidance and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for critical decisions. Users should exercise their own judgment and verify important information through additional sources.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Adaptensor, Inc. and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. GlyphChat and GlyphNet are trademarks of Adaptensor, Inc.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adaptensor, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
